Description
The Family Study Room is a fully-equipped study space intended for use by parenting students who want to use the library while accompanied by their young children under the age of 12. Employees accompanied by their young children are also welcome to reserve and use the space.
The Family Study Room provides two computers (one Mac, one PC) and a table for study or group work. The Family Study Room also contains numerous toys, books, and other activities appropriate for younger children.
Children in the Family Study Room must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parenting students and employees reserve the room online.
If the Family Study Room is unavailable, the library offers backpack activity packs that can be checked out for toddler and elementary-age children.
Note: Groups and individuals are also welcome to reserve the room, though students with children have priority and you may be asked to relocate. You can reserve other group spaces here: https://boisestate.libcal.com/
